"No Frill" Offerings & Rates:

Due to current economy with high gas & food costs, we are now offering special rates without the extras.  Save dollars by having breakfast across the street in the Handy Mart's Dunkin Donut Coffee shop, or one of 3 other breakfast locations within walking distance.  Since both rooms have refrigerators, feel free to bring your own wine, beer, cheese, sodas, flowers, & snacks!  Both rooms have private baths next to the room.

 Office is open for advance reservations Monday-Friday 10:00-4:00.  "No Frills" availability after office hours 4:00-6:00 (540) 667-7563.

Colonial Room Suite

Colonel Wood's Quarters  is a 2 room suite in the oldest part of the house.  Built circa 1780.  In a private back section of the home upstairs is the room with queen size sleigh bed, luxury linens, and a sitting porch overlooking the garden.  Bathroom is privately located next to the room &  has been recently remodeled with a large shower.

Civil War Room

Stonewall's Chamber was built in the 1854 section of the home, is a very large room with Sofa, wingback chair,  & coffee table.  The room has a Mahogany King size Canopy bed, also with luxury linens.  Bathroom is just next to the room , newly renovated with a combo whirlpool tub & shower.

Due to our size, Amenities Package & Downtown location, reservations are best made 2 weeks in advance & a month or more for Holiday Weekends.

Well behaved pet welcome with approval by hosts.  Pet lodging fee $20.00.
